MERAPIMaterial process

From volcanic blockto a buyer-defined module.

A transparent process story built only from the material stages visible in the supplied photographs—and explicit about what those photographs cannot prove.

Raw Merapi lava stone blocks before cutting

01Observed stages

Material evidence, separated from commercial claims.

The images support a block-to-cut-stone narrative. Capacity, equipment ownership, tolerances, output rate and export history remain unverified unless current records are supplied.

Large volcanic stone blocks before processing
01

Raw block reference

Large volcanic stone blocks establish the starting material visible in the owner-supplied photograph. Source identity and lot relationship still require written records.

Stacked thin irregular lava stone pieces
02

Thin natural pieces

The stone is shown in thinner irregular pieces. Thickness range, structural soundness, usable yield and grading are not inferred from this image.

Rectangular lava stone tiles stacked after cutting
03

Rectangular cutting

Cut tiles are stacked after shaping. A purchase specification must still state nominal geometry, tolerance, edge, surface, sorting and acceptance rule.

Cut lava stone surfaces shown dry and wet
04

Surface reference

Dry and wet visual references help discuss tone and texture. A photograph does not replace a buyer-approved sample or performance testing for the intended installation.

02Approval gates

Quality is a set of agreed decisions.

Reference approval
Approve stone identity, dry/wet appearance, texture and edge using named media or a physical sample.
Dimension control
Write nominal length, width, thickness, units, tolerances, sampling and the accept/hold/reject rule.
Lot review
Connect production and packing photographs to a named order or lot before shipment approval.
Packing review
Approve internal protection, crate configuration, marks and handling needs against the final format and route.
